Since 1947, WEICON GmbH & Co. KG has been producing speciality products for the industry in Germany. The range of products includes special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays and high-performance assembly pastes and greases for all areas of industry - from production over repair up to maintenance. Another field of activity is the development, sales and distribution of stripping tools.
The company headquarters is located in Muenster, Germany. WEICON has subsidiaries in Dubai, Canada, Turkey, Romania, South Africa, Singapore, the Czech Republic, Spain and Italy. The company is represented by Area Sales Managers in Qatar and by WEICON partners in more than 100 countries all over the world.

WEICON Anti-Spatter Spray
Cleaning of welding nozzles
WEICON Anti-Spatter Spray is used to clean welding nozzles and to keep them clean. At the same time, it protects the work piece to be welded against the effect of weld splashes without impairing the welding seam. The spray is silicone-free.
It prevents the adhesion of welding splashes on gas nozzles and workpiece surfaces, offers gap-free protection for the welding process, and makes follow-up cleaning of the workpieces with a spatula, brush or chisel superfluous.
Post-treatment of the workpiece such as: bronzing, galvanization, anodizing or painting is possible without special cleaning.
Spray on welding nozzles at a distance of about 15 cm. To protect the workpiece surface, hold can at about 25 cm distance and spray on an area of approx. 10 cm to the left and right of the weld seam. Start welding process in hollow parts and narrow spaces only after evaporation of the propellant.
WEICON Repair Stick Steel
Quick and high strength repairs
WEICON Repair Stick Steel is durable, versatile and has a high strength. It is a two-component adhesive for and the uncomplicated solution for all repair and maintenance work.
The Stick can be used to seal cracks, holes, leakages and surface damages in many applications, like on machine parts, tanks and pipes, vessels, pumps and housings or stripped threads.
WEICON Repair Sticks are temperature resistant from -50°C (-58°F) up to +120°C (+248°F), briefly up to +150°C (+302°F). They resist to alcohol, ester, salt water, oils, most acids and lyes, are free of solvents and cure with almost no shrinkage.
The cured product can be machined (drilled, filed, tapped) and overpainted without pre-treatment.
The stick is very easy to use. Just cut off a piece, knead it and use it for your application.

Anaerobic adhesives and sealants
WEICON from Germany presents WEICONLOCK - anaerobic adhesives and sealants that can be used for locking screws, fixing cylindrical joints or for sealing flanges and threaded pipes and fittings.
They are resistant to chemicals, solvents and to high vibration and impact.
WEICONLOCK AN 302-43 is a thread sealant with higher viscosity and medium strength.
It is normal to dismantle and suitable for threadlocking in the automotive industry and in many other industrial areas and applications.
